Residential Boarding Program

Living and Learning in South Florida

Our idyllic location close to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and part of the greater Miami/Fort Lauderdale metropolitan area makes NBPS a fantastic place to live and study.  Our residential students live on either of our two campuses in converted family homes or purpose-built accommodations which help foster peer support and a strong sense of family.  Fellowship among students makes our campus a relaxed and supportive place to live and learn.   Students share comfortable bedrooms, with one to three roommates, depending on the room size.  The Residential facilities also provide a family room, recreation room, meeting/study room, and a snack/light meal kitchen and breakfast nook for the residents to share.

Each facility is warmly furnished and is equipped with a local area network hookup for individual computer access for every resident. Televisions as well as state-of-the-art entertainment systems and telephones in community rooms as well as a residential environment created with adolescents in mind - complete and attractive, comfortable, and a fun living experience for residential students.

Each facility is staffed by one or more full time Housemasters.  The housemasters serve as surrogate parents to ensure proper behavior, monitor study habits, and mediate conflict.  Together with our security staff and cleaning crew, the Housemasters work hard to make sure that our students live life safely, comfortable, and to the best of their potential.

Residential students also have the entire campus at their disposal. Residents can enjoy swimming pools, gym, weight and exercise rooms, track, library, computer labs, art studios, music and dance studios, tennis courts, basketball courts, and much, much more. It's like living in a country club with the very best educational resources available. Residential students live an enviable lifestyle.
